Cortar en cubos el zapallo.<br \/>\n\u25aa\ufe0f En una olla con 1 cda de aceite de oliva, saltear por unos minutos la cebolla, el morr\u00f3n y el ajo. Salpimentar.<br \/>\n\u25aa\ufe0f Cuando la cebolla est\u00e9 transparente, agregar la calabaza en cubos. Remueve por unos segundos y agrega el arroz.<br \/>\n\u25aa\ufe0f Remover y agregar 1 y \u00bd tazas de caldo caliente y revolver frecuentemente, ir agregando m\u00e1s l\u00edquido de acuerdo a lo que veas que se necesite.<br \/>\n\u25aa\ufe0f Cuando el arroz y la calabaza est\u00e9n prontos apagar el fuego.
