Crocantes y mega f\u00e1ciles de hacer.<\/h4>\n<p>Una excelente opci\u00f3n si te gustan las crackers&#8230; altas en fibra! hechas a base de harina integral y de avena. Prefer\u00ed las caseras antes que las compradas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 y 1\/2 de harina integral<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 taza de harina de avena (moler la avena en procesadora o mixer)<\/li>\n<li>4 cdas de aceite<\/li>\n<li>100 ml de agua (1\/2 vaso aproximadamente, puede necesitar m\u00e1s)<\/li>\n<li>6 cdas de semillas<\/li>\n<li>1cdita de sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Procedimiento:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El procedimiento es s\u00faper f\u00e1cil. Solo deben mezclar todos los ingredientes hasta obtener una masa homog\u00e9nea y no pegajosa. Luego, la estiran bien finita (no m\u00e1s de 1 cm de altura) para que queden crocantes. Cortar con el cortante elegido y colocar en asadera ligeramente aceitada.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Llevar a horno a 180 grados por 15 minutos aproximadamente, hasta que est\u00e9n doradas (pendientes porque se pueden quemar r\u00e1pido)<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tremendas estas crackers!!
